Our team is highly experienced in development of extrusion processes for dry texturization of plant proteins and their further application into innovative food products. We are open for development in collaboration with our customers to meet specific product requirements.

Texturized vegetable proteins (TVP)
Our TVP-products are available as either granulates or chunks different in sizes and properties dependent on process and composition.
The products are based on pea and faba bean.
No water and No chemicals
The protein concentrates are produced in a dry mechanical process without the use of water and chemicals – which means no water and no chemicals and also that the rich content of nutrients from natures side are maintained.
Textured proteins from peas and fava beans are well suited for both vegan and vegetarian dishes and also as replacements for meat.
The products are available in dry form and must be rehydrated for further processing.
Plant Mate is our brand for different products in the retail market.
It will also be possible to deliver theese products in your own trademark.
